Sr. Marketing Analyst – Power Digital Marketing

As a full-service growth marketing firm, we challenge traditional planning and measurement through testing and data science across the customer journey.

Role focus: auditing current and prospective clients’ marketing performance, diagnosing growth constraints, and recommending modern measurement techniques to optimize marketing programs. This role collaborates with the Data Intelligence & Sales teams to communicate findings to clients via the Sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnosing: review business and marketing KPIs to determine growth constraints
  • Research: learn about the prospective client, industry, verticals, competitors, ideal customer profile, sentiment, etc.
  • Analysis: interpret Marketing Mix Models and propose recommendations to optimize the marketing program based on results
  • Planning: determine the best budget allocation by channel, medium, environment, objective, and funnel stage
Requirements
  • 5+ years of cross-channel marketing program management experience
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and the entire digital marketing landscape
  • Experience managing or working with large sets of campaigns data ($100k+ spend per month per client)
  • Competence in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and/or similar self-serve platforms
  • Familiarity with audience insight tools such as Global Web Index is a plus
  • Familiarity with Asana and Slack is a plus
  • Familiarity with statistical models such as Marketing/Media Mix Models, Causal Impact Analyses, and Regression Analyses is a plus
