Job Description

Overview of the role and expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple fleet operations, scheduling, and coordination tasks.
  • Oversee maintenance schedules, insurance, and compliance records with attention to detail.
  • Apply knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and inspection procedures.
  • Utilize fleet management software to track and manage fleet operations.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, team members, and external partners.
  • Identify operational issues and implement solutions, including during vehicle breakdowns or route changes.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with teams in logistics, shipping, or fleet service contexts (2-5 years of experience).
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation.
  • College degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Transportation Management preferred.
  • Experience in vehicle maintenance, inventory management, and operations planning is valuable.
  • Experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
