Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Operations Personnel to handle dispatch coordination and oversee the maintenance of company vehicles. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery schedules and help maintain the safety and efficiency of the fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule dispatch of trucks for deliveries and pickups.
  • Monitor daily delivery routes and ensure timely departures and arrivals.
  • Communicate with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and resolve any issues on the road.
  • Keep accurate records of dispatch logs, delivery schedules, and trip reports.
  • Oversee truck maintenance schedules, including regular servicing, inspections, and repairs.
  • Coordinate with mechanics or service providers to address any vehicle issues promptly.
  • Ensure that trucks are compliant with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of tools, vehicle parts, and supplies needed for maintenance.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports related to fleet usage, condition, and fuel consumption.
  • Perform other operational support tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • Prior experience in dispatching or fleet management is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is a plus.
  • Willing to work flexible hours and in field operations if necessary.
