Job Summary

The Dispatcher will be focused in fleet management and ensuring that routes are running smoothly and in accordance with the client agreement. His role includes supervision of Route assigned personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures smooth operation of day-to-day transport activities.
  • Ensures vehicles are in good running condition, reports to Service Team any maintenance or troubleshooting related concerns.
  • Supervises and monitors fleet operations by creating timetables, handling route delays, and dealing with accidents and/or other emergencies.
  • Coordinates with Operations Team on substitutes for missing Drivers, surveys itineraries, and handle paperwork related to the services.
  • Build internal and external customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years work experience as Transport Coordinator or Dispatcher
  • Must possess Valid Drivers License restriction 3 or D (preferred)
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle route personnel
  • Ability to remain calm and exercise sound judgment when addressing stressful or emergency situations that may arise with
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work onsite
