Key Relationships: Sales Team, Marketing Team, Clients, Business Development Job Description Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies. Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and lead generation. Support sales activities including client presentations, proposal preparation, and follow-ups. Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events). Assist in managing social media accounts, website content, and other online platforms. Maintain client database and ensure regular communication and updates. Prepare sales and marketing reports, performance metrics, and forecasts. Assist in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and client meetings. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role (fresh graduates may also be considered). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms). Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Goal-driven and able to work independently or as part of a team. Willing to travel or attend client meetings and events as needed.
