Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Associate is supporting the Sales and Marketing Manager and the Hospitality Manager in driving revenue and occupancy through effective sales and marketing strategies. This role involves a combination of reservation and booking management, as well as implementing creative marketing initiatives to attract and retain guests.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Managing reservations and booking requests from customers.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely reservation processing.
  • Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to reservations.
  • Manages digital/social media branding for the property.
  • Supports sales channels to ensure revenue maximization.
  • Handles incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online platforms.
  • Confirms reservations and sends confirmation details to customers.
  • Coordinates with other departments to ensure the availability of rooms or services.
  • Manages cancellations and modifications to existing reservations.
  • Maintains accurate records of reservations and customer information.
  • Manages and updates the website information, photos, promos, and other details.
  • Manages OTA channels to create promos, update pricing, manage booking inquiries, and optimize revenue opportunities.
  • Generates forecasts and sales reports.
  • Helps improve the sales kit and collaterals.
  • Tracks and supports digital marketing initiatives.
    Supports the sales & marketing team in other projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
  • College graduate, preferably in hotel management or business administration/management.
  • 0-2 years of work experience in sales and marketing with any hotel or service-oriented organization.
