Megaworld Corporation is a leading real estate developer in the Philippines. This is a contract, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in General Trias. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities- Manage and lead the sales team
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Analyze market trends and prepare sales reports
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency
- 2 to 5 years of experience in digital and traditional marketing (real estate experience is a must)
- Strong skills in brand strategy, negotiation, media buying, and networking
- Excellent sales strategy development and implementation, and communication abilities
- Proven experience in the Philippine luxury property market is mandatory
- Proven track record of sales excellence, awards, recognition and consistent production
- Familiarity with PR, influencer marketing, and customer experience strategies
