Job Responsibilities

Sales

  • Ensure products are properly priced and displayed.
  • Promote new items and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.

Customer Service & Quality

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all areas of the café.
  • Ensure food and beverages are fresh, properly prepared, and well-presented.
  • Provide excellent customer service, handle complaints professionally, and support customer retention strategies.

Profitability & Operations

  • Monitor costs, minimize wastage, and manage inventory efficiently.
  • Oversee daily sales, budgeting, and reporting to ensure profitability.

Administration

  • Ensure accurate sales and cash handling procedures.
  • Supervise deposits, reports, and basic administrative tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in food & beverage, retail, or customer service.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
