Overview

Talent Acquisition Specialist role at GlowTouch Technologies. Work Location/Setup: Philippines | Hybrid. Shift Schedule: 5-day work week | Graveyard. Benefits: Day 1 HMO | Day 1 Life Insurance.

What Will You Do?

Responsibilities:

  • Defining job requirements in collaboration with hiring managers to ensure accurate role specifications.
  • Developing and executing candidate sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, particularly for contact center programs and other roles.
  • Screening and qualifying resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for further consideration.
  • Conducting initial phone screens to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Administering approved tests and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews (onsite or phone) between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conducting interviews to evaluate candidates’ competencies, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
  • Making job offers and negotiating terms with selected candidates.
  • Completing all hiring paperwork and ensuring proper documentation is submitted for each hire.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Who You Are

To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following:

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years supporting high-volume recruiting across multiple business units.
  • Intermediate experience with one or more recruiting software platforms and ATS.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to establish productive and effective working relationships.
  • Ability to learn new technology and adapt to a new environment.
  • Strong analytical, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in protecting and disseminating company confidential information.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Expertise in sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting.
  • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job postings to onboarding.
  • Understanding of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent pools to attract top candidates.
  • Ability to create a positive, professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Proficiency in structured, competency-based interviews and candidate assessment tools.
  • Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, Lever) and HR information systems.
  • Ability to work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align strategies.
  • Strong negotiation abilities for job offers and compensation packages.
  • Ability to track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and use data to optimize processes.
  • Experience mentoring or leading junior Talent Acquisition Specialists.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business goals.
