A. GENERAL FUNCTION This role is responsible for developing data-driven solutions through Power BI, ensuring accuracy and consistency of business data, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of systems and processes. The role supports data analysis, report generation, and Jira workflow documentation to enhance decision‑making, streamline operations, and promote continuous improvement across the organization. B.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives, reporting needs, and process workflows. Translate requirements into measurable KPIs and BI specifications. Data and Process Analysis: Analyze business processes and data sources to identify inefficiencies, data gaps, and opportunities for analytics-driven improvement. BI Design and Development: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and support data-informed decision-making. Process and System Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation such as process flowcharts, functional specifications, and user guides, identifying process or system gaps to support continuous improvement and cross-team alignment. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with developers, project managers, and business units to ensure BI outputs and documented processes are aligned with operational needs. Jira Ticket Management: Review existing workflows and document process details to support Jira workflow enhancement initiatives. Testing and Data Validation: Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) by creating test cases and scenarios to validate system functionality against requirements. Data Governance and Maintenance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance by regularly reviewing and updating BI and process documentation. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on BI tools, data visualization practices, and documentation standards to enhance analytics capabilities and streamline processes. Stakeholder Reporting and Insights Presentation: Present analytical findings and BI insights to stakeholders through dashboards, summaries, or presentations that support data-driven decision-making. C.MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Educational Attainment: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology , Computer Science , Business Analytics , or any related discipline, or equivalent work‑related experience. Eligibility: Skilled in Microsoft Power BI and data visualization . Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years in documentation, power BI and business analysis . Training/Certification: None required. Skills: Proficiency in Power BI, including data visualization and dashboard/report creation Experience in data modeling, relational databases, and SQL Ability to translate data into actionable insights Understanding of data management principles (data cleaning, transformation, governance) Strong technical, analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies Proficiency in documentation tools and diagramming software Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical information into compelling stories that drive business decisions Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
