This role will be instrumental in transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making across the business. You will own our Power BI environment — from data modelling and integration through to dashboard design and performance optimisation. The ideal candidate is someone who can work collaboratively with stakeholders, understand business needs, and deliver analytics that enable measurable improvements across sales, marketing, finance, and operational functions. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports with strong visual storytelling. Manage and optimize data models, including the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from multiple sources. Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, insights, risks, and strategic opportunities. Partner with business teams to define reporting needs and translate them into scalable solutions. Provide ad hoc analysis and data interpretation to support sales, marketing, finance, and strategic initiatives. Own Power BI governance, including data accuracy, model performance, access controls, and documentation. Continuously improve reporting frameworks and implement BI best practices. Educate and support users to promote data literacy and self-service capabilities within the organization. Skills & Experience 3–5+ years in a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence role. Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including data modelling (DAX, Power Query), advanced visualisations, and performance tuning. Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases and APIs. Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into actionable insights. High-level problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Solid understanding of commercial environments such as sales, marketing, and finance metrics. Excellent communication skills—able to explain complex data in a clear and compelling way. Nice to Have Experience with Azure data services (e.g., Data Factory, Synapse). Statistical analysis or predictive analytics capability. Experience working in wholesale or retail (a plus but not required).
