Our goal is to provide an exceptional user experience with superior video/audio quality and advanced beautification functionalities. We are looking for a skilled Streaming Solution Engineer to join our team to help design, implement, and optimize our next-level streaming infrastructure. Job Description Design and build a scalable, reliable streaming architecture for real-time video and audio. Work on compression, encoding, and adaptive bitrate streaming solutions to ensure high-quality streaming. Develop and integrate beauty and visual enhancement algorithms, such as face tracking, background manipulation, and real-time effects. Optimize streaming latency and quality to create seamless experiences for end-users. Implement and optimize video processing pipelines, including transcoding, resolution scaling, and content distribution. Develop monitoring and analytics tools to track streaming performance and proactively resolve issues. Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to improve video playback, buffering, and connectivity. Stay updated with industry trends in streaming technology and recommend improvements. Document streaming solutions, workflows, and best practices. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to offer the best solution to meet client needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in video streaming, encoding, and/or media processing. Strong expertise with streaming protocols (e.g., HLS, DASH, RTMP, WebRTC). Proficiency in video and audio compression technologies (e.g., H.264, HEVC, AAC). Experience with media servers and cloud-based streaming solutions (e.g., Wowza, AWS Media Services, Azure Media). Knowledge of video processing libraries and tools, such as FFmpeg, OpenCV, or GStreamer. Experience with low-latency streaming solutions and adaptive bitrate streaming. Understanding of beautification algorithms, such as facial recognition, background replacement, and live filters. Familiarity with network protocols and CDN optimization for media delivery. Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to troubleshoot performance and streaming issues. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
