This role will be based in **6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines**.**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:*** Solution Design & Delivery + Define and prioritize solution scope and value in alignment with product and release managers + Translate business requirements into functional specifications and digital workflows + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution integrity and fit-for-purpose design* Stakeholder Engagement + Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to validate solution fit and drive adoption + Support change management and training efforts during deployment and hypercare phases* Platform Expertise + Serve as a subject matter expert in low-code/no-code technologies, including Power Platform and Salesforce + Maintain documentation and provide support for deployed solutions* Continuous Improvement + Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes and systems + Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements based on user feedback and business needs* Citizen Developer Community Management + Lead and coordinate the Citizen Developer Community of Practice, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across business units Global Service Center + Develop and maintain best practices, governance models, and training materials for citizen developers + Provide mentorship and technical guidance to community members, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and security protocols + Organize regular forums, showcase, and feedback sessions to promote innovation and continuous learning**About You**We know our greatest resource is the ingenuity, creativity and innovation of our people.
