Salary and Schedule Salary: P300 - P400 per hour Schedule: 9:00 PM - 1:00 AM Manila Time What are we looking for? Proven experience in lead generation, sales support, or related role (B2B preferred). Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM tools, lead databases and Microsoft Office. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, or outbound campaigns is advantage. What will you do? Research and identify potential leads through online sources, databases, social media, and industry platforms. Qualify leads based on target market criteria and hand off to the sales team for further engagement. Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, prospects, and activities in the CRM system. Develop and execute outreach strategies through email, calls, and other channels to generate interest. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies with business goals. Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance and conversion rates. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve lead generation efforts.
