Lead Specialist, Tax and Compliance Emerson’s 130+ years of history have driven innovative thinking. Join us as a Lead Specialist to lead handling of tax audits, assist on annual VAT refund application and cover preparation of tax returns and other statutory compliances. In This Role Lead the handling of tax audits, assist with the annual VAT refund application, ensure compliance with local statutory (SEC, BOI, others), prepare and file income tax returns, manage accounting schedules. Who You Are You keep a strong bottom-line orientation, display a can‑do attitude, make sound decisions, act with ownership and relate comfortably with people across levels, functions, cultures and geography. Qualifications 3 to 4 years of general experience in Accounting and Finance, 1 to 2 years focused on tax and compliance, with actual experience in handling tax audits. 2 to 3 years of experience can be considered if audit experience, with a strong 1 to 2 years’ experience in tax and compliance, including experience in handling tax audits. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus.
