Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to help manage our Airbnb property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both our guests and the property owner. This role involves managing bookings, coordinating with staff, and handling various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Bookings: Oversee reservation management, including processing bookings, handling inquiries, and updating calendars to avoid double bookings.
  • Communicate with Guests: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests. Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing any concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Coordinate with Cleaners and Maintenance: Schedule cleaning and maintenance services between guest stays, ensuring the property is clean and well-maintained at all times. Communicate necessary maintenance issues to service providers.
  • Update Listings: Regularly review and update property listings on Airbnb to ensure accurate descriptions, pricing, availability, and high-quality photos that attract potential guests.
  • Handle Administrative Tasks: Assist with general administrative duties such as maintaining records, managing receipts, tracking expenses, and generating reports for the property owner.
  • Ensure Compliance: Stay informed about Airbnb policies and local regulations, ensuring compliance and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Promote Positive Experiences: Strive to enhance guest satisfaction by collecting feedback and implementing improvements based on guest input.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in property management or the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using computer software and booking platforms (experience with Airbnb is a plus).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to handle occasional after-hours communication as needed.

Location: AMA Tower Residences - Mandaluyong City

WFO: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm / Saturday 8am-12nn

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,127.92 per month
