We are seeking an experienced IT Service Management (ITSM) Consultant to assess, optimize, and enhance ITSM processes in alignment with ITIL best practices . The consultant will collaborate closely with both business and technical stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, design efficient workflows, and provide detailed requirements for configuration and implementation within ServiceNow . Key Responsibilities Evaluate existing ITSM processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for improvement. Design, document, and implement updated ITSM processes consistent with ITIL standards . Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business and technical requirements. Provide expert input and guidance on ServiceNow ITSM configuration to ensure alignment with redesigned processes. Support performance analytics and reporting initiatives to track process maturity and effectiveness. Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, ensuring alignment, adoption, and clear communication across teams. Required Experience & Qualifications Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT Service Management roles or consulting engagements. Strong expertise in ITSM frameworks and ITIL principles , with proven ability to apply them in real-world process design. Practical knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, etc.) and ability to advise on configuration. Familiarity with ITSM performance metrics , KPIs, and continuous improvement methodologies. Skilled in requirements elicitation , documentation, and stakeholder collaboration. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with both business process owners and technical implementation teams .
