JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Support Officer leads engagement efforts to create opportunities for the Sales Account Management team to present the Salary Loan Program to key decision-makers in companies.

S/he provides support to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Account Management Team's sales activities, including on-site caravans and participation in job fairs.

JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. Maintain engagement cycles for all leads in the prospective company client database, from the first contact by the Account Management team.
  2. Conduct engagement activities such as calls, SMS, and email communications.
  3. Assist in lead generation by researching potential companies online for email, SMS, and call outreach.
  4. Monitor the status and progress of all leads, ensuring contact details and company representative information are up-to-date.
  5. Schedule Salary Loan product presentations with appropriate company contacts, converting leads into actual presentations.
  6. Maintain and update the company onboarding monitoring, tracking completion dates for each onboarding stage, from submission of requirements to HR and employee training.
  7. Ensure quality communication and coordination, building rapport with potential clients to promote advocacy for the product, aiming to reach at least the product presentation stage.
  8. Organize and monitor sales activity calendars, ensuring activities are well-planned, documented, and executed timely by the Account Management Team.

Key Performance Indicators

  1. Convert prospective company leads into business opportunity meetings (product presentations).
  2. Qualify and add new prospective company clients into the leads database.
  3. Complete engagement cycles via calls, SMS, and email from the initial contact.
  4. Track and monitor the status of all leads in the database.

Activities

  1. Generate and maintain the prospective client leads database through sales activities like calls, participation in caravans, and job fairs.
  2. Collect company representatives' contact information (Email, mobile, landline).
  3. Research the number of employees in target companies.
  4. Coordinate to ensure submission of accreditation requirements by company representatives.
  5. Ensure completion of MOA and other onboarding documents upon submission of requirements.
  6. Update the onboarding monitoring sheet regularly to reflect accurate progress and follow-up actions.
  7. Suggest improvements to structure and organize the leads database and internal monitoring lists for better efficiency.
  8. Consolidate and organize the sales activity calendars for the team to ensure timely planning and execution.
  9. Support on-ground sales activities such as caravans and job fairs as needed.
  10. Assist with other sales-related tasks and ad hoc activities of the Salary Loans Group.
