Location: Muntinlupa, Philippines ⏰ Work Mode: Work From Office (On-site) Role: HR Organizational Development & Talent Strategy Head What You'll Do Develop and implement comprehensive talent strategies aligned with business goals. Lead initiatives for organizational development, including workforce planning, job profiling, and organizational changes. Foster a culture of continuous learning and employee engagement. Analyze workforce trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with leadership to enhance performance management processes. Oversee a team of 8 HR professionals. What We’re Looking For Minimum 15 years of experience in HR management or organizational development, with strong expertise in workforce planning, job profiling, and restructuring from FMCG/consumer companies. Proven track record in developing successful talent strategies. Experience as an HR business partner. Strong skills in employee engagement from ideation to execution. Leadership experience, able to influence at all levels. Willing to work full days on site (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday). Ready to shape our future?
