Overview Join to apply for the HR Generalist - Muntinlupa role at Dempsey Resource Management Salary range: Up to ₱ 30,000 | Depends on qualifications Work location: Katarungan Village, Muntinlupa | Must be residing close to the work location Age preference: Must be 30-40 years old Responsibilities Maintain and administer HR policies and procedures in accordance with labor laws. Coordinate HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Maintain accurate records and documentation; ensure data integrity and confidentiality. Support payroll, benefits, and other HR operations as required. Assist in organizational development and employee engagement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Human Resources 2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations Efficient HR administration and people management skills Excellent record-keeping skills Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Meticulous attention to detail People person, customer-oriented and very organized Technical, analytical, self-disciplined and highly motivated Good oral and written communication skills in English Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office software Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Human Resources Industries Human Resources Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
