Dragon Edge Group (DEG)—home of powerhouse brands like Beach Hut, Cycles, and Bite Block—is looking for a Distributor Manager for (GMA) to drive field sales performance, distributor partnerships, and market expansion.

What You’ll Do
  • Achieve 100% sales vs. target across assigned distributor territories
  • Ensure prompt collection (≤ 14 days) and manage returns/rebates within 2%
  • Expand distribution reach to a minimum of 500 doors or 50% market universe
  • Manage, develop, and align distributor partners with sales and trade strategies
  • Monitor distributor business health, account compliance, and performance metrics
  • Lead trade checks, fieldwork, and escalation coordination with internal teams
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)
  • 3–5 years of experience in FMCG, distributor or national account management
  • Strong leadership in managing distributor field teams and commercial KPIs
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, CRM, and trade analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Results-driven mindset with strong operational discipline
  • Willingness to travel frequently for on-ground execution and team coaching
