Key Responsibilities
- Permit Processing & Compliance: Handle the end-to-end processing of all local business permits, licenses, and regulatory documents required for branch operations.
- Coordinate with government agencies (e.g., LGU, BIR, DTI, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and ensure timely renewals and compliance.
- Office Administration: Manage office supplies, maintain cleanliness and order in the workspace. Serve as the main contact point for branch-level communications.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems. Document Handling: Prepare, encode, and organize company documents such as letters, memos, and internal reports.
- Ensure accurate documentation of transactions and correspondences related to branch setup.
- Coordinate with the main office for any operational support, updates, and reports.
- Assist in handling inquiries or coordinating with clients or suppliers if needed.
- Support various tasks necessary for the smooth operation and establishment of the branch
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in administrative or office work; experience with business permit processing is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
