Administrative Assistance I

We are a plastic manufacturing company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the office.
This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff.
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Monitor and record daily production activities to support operations.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure production updates are properly documented.
- Assist in basic accounting tasks such as filing receipts and processing invoices.
- Support other departments with administrative needs as required.
Qualifications:
- Any Degree (Any Specialization)
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience
- Experience in production monitoring or production management is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
Compensation:
- Starting salary: ₱600 per day
- Salary increase: Based on individual performance and company evaluation
