Regional Expansion Manager

Leads and executes the recruitment of Agency Expansion Managers and Financial Advisors by utilizing various sourcing strategies to establish and manage the sales groups

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Formulates and implements strategies to recruit Agency Expansion Managers and Agents to establish a high performing sales group.
  • Motivates and Manages Agency Expansion Managers and Agents to increase sales and recruitment
  • Conducts Joint Field Work (JFW) with Agency Leaders and Agents to assist in selling activities/closing sales.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree (preferably in Business or Marketing course)
  • At least 3-5 years sales management experience (preferably with experience in Agency sales)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong ability to influence and negotiate
  • Ability to build a pipeline of exemplary talents and expand his/her network
  • Dynamic, Collaborative, and Highly motivated individual
