Job DescriptionAs a Production Crew Member at Dunkin’, you play a key role in ensuring our guests receive high-quality, fresh baked goods each day. You will be responsible for the preparation, production, and presentation of donuts, muffins, and other bakery items according to Dunkin’s standards and guidelines.
Responsibilities- Prepare and bake donuts, muffins, and other baked goods according to Dunkin’ recipes and specifications.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, and mixers in a safe and efficient manner.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Label, date, and store all baked goods appropriately to ensure freshness.
- Support fellow team members in other areas as needed (front counter, drive-thru, etc.).
- Maintain speed, quality, and cleanliness standards consistently throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of food safety protocols, cooking techniques, and quality standards.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; required to stand for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.
