Your Role Key responsibilities include: Ensuring outstanding customer service for patients and staff. Developing positive relationships through effective communication. Addressing patient-related issues promptly. Assessing daily patient care needs and developing care assignments. Assisting in recording data in NephroWeb. Implementing treatment prescriptions accurately. Assessing and adjusting patient treatment plans. Initiating nursing assessments and documenting patient care needs. Participating in dialysis treatment evaluations. Collaborating on Continuous Quality Improvement presentations. Ensuring accurate lab requisitions and specimen handling. Documenting treatment data and maintaining medical records. Reporting equipment malfunctions and assisting with inventory. Ensuring a clean and safe dialysis environment. About You The ideal candidate: Must have a valid PRC RN License. Is amenable to working on shifting schedules and on-call. Fresh board passers and those without experience are welcome to apply.
