Job Summary:
The Sales Staff is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products and services to existing and potential clients. He/She ensures that monthly sales targets are consistently achieved through effective customer engagement, product knowledge, and follow-up. The position also requires daily sales reporting and close coordination with the sales team to support overall company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
 Actively promote and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
 Achieve the assigned monthly sales quota of P1,000,000.00 or as determined by management.
 Conduct client visits, follow-ups, and presentations to maintain and grow customer relationships.
 Prepare and submit daily sales reports reflecting customer interactions, transactions, and market updates.
 Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents as required.
 Maintain accurate and updated records of client accounts and sales activities.
 Coordinate with admin, accounting, and technical departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
 Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
 Attend meetings, product trainings, and company events as required.
 Uphold the company’s brand image through professionalism and excellent customer service.
