Overview On-site - Muntinlupa. Full-time position for candidates with 3-5 years of experience and a Diploma. Location: Upper Ground Floor, Kingston Excell. C28V+RGQ, Centennial Rd, Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, Philippines. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of production staff on the floor. Ensure production schedules are followed and output meets quantity and quality targets. Monitor productivity, efficiency, and performance of production teams. Conduct daily shift briefings and assign tasks to team members. Enforce safety protocols and ensure a clean, hazard-free work environment. Report and troubleshoot production delays, equipment issues, or material shortages. Train new employees and coach existing staff to improve skills and performance. Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and warehouse teams to resolve issues. Maintain accurate production records and submit shift reports to the Production Manager. Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., lean manufacturing, 5S). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or any equivalent program. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same capacity within a manufacturing environment, specifically in the mobile remanufacturing, semiconductor, or electronics industry. Proven leadership and communication skills, with a strong track record in building effective teams. Strategic mindset with proficiency in manufacturing systems and tools. Must have a valid passport.
