LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT LEAD

We are looking for a Learning and Development Lead (Supervisor) who will play a key role in building a culture of continuous learning and growth. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring training programs that enhance employee skills, strengthen engagement, and support overall organizational effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with HR Specialists, Supervisors, and Department Heads to identify learning needs, create impactful training programs, and evaluate their success, all while ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in partnership with HR and business units to identify and prioritize learning requirements. Design and deliver onboarding, compliance, and developmental programs tailored to different employee levels. Develop training materials, modules, and learning content using effective adult learning methodologies. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics. Maintain accurate training documentation, records, and reports for management and audits. Collaborate with external training providers to ensure quality learning experiences.
