JOB OBJECTIVE Will be responsible for developing, implementing, and improving training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute a training strategy tailored to the needs of employees, with a focus on the specific requirements of OFWs and seafarers' loans. Conduct thorough assessments to identify skills gaps and create appropriate learning solutions to address these gaps. Work closely with department leaders to ensure that training programs align with the company's objectives and industry-specific requirements. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting and refining strategies to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business. Oversee and optimize the training budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently. Keep up-to-date with developments in the finance industry, including regulatory changes, and adopt best practices in training and employee development. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization to ensure ongoing employee growth. Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned by management. JOB SPECIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in learning and development, particularly in the financial sector, with a focus on employee training and development. Strong knowledge of training methods, tools, and best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to handle challenging situations. Professional attitude and strong work ethics. Experience in the finance or lending industry, particularly with OFWs and seafarers, is preferred. Independent thinker who is analytical, resourceful, and able to work under stress. Ability to assess training needs and design targeted programs to address them.
