Duties and Responsibilities- Build rapport and relationships with prospective clients.
- Update the Sales CRM.
- Call prospective clients and present offerings.
- Close sales and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Support current clients with product information and assistance.
Soft Skills
- Excellent English communication skills, both reading and writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build client relationships.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Good sales and negotiation skills; ability to handle objections.
- Very driven and target oriented; ability to multitask; reliable, punctual with good attendance.
- Team player.
Technical Skills & ISP Requirements
- Superior web navigation and computer skills.
- Familiar with Google Apps; outbound dialer, Salesforce and Outreach a plus; calendar scheduling; Zoom/Google Meetings.
- Strong and stable internet connection at home; at least 25 Mbps postpaid, with minimum 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
Experience, Education, Age
- 1-2 years of BPO experience; B2B inbound/outbound sales, leads conversion, and appointment setting.
- Call center experience in Outdoor Equipment programs or Online Retail Sales is an advantage.
- At least 2 years in college or equivalent; business-related courses are a plus.
- Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the Philippines.
