This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Client Time Zone: Australian Eastern Time (Sydney/Canberra)
Paid Hours per Week: 40 hours
Scope

  • Full-time remote position
  • Primary focus on new client acquisition
  • Reports directly to the business owner
  • Performance-based bonus structure available
  • Comprehensive training provided
  • Territory focus: Australian market (Canberra/Sydney region)
Responsibilities
  • Conduct cold calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities
  • Research and identify potential clients in the disability services sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
  • Book and coordinate client appointments
  • Convert leads into active service participants
  • Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Provide regular activity and performance reports
Requirements
  • Experience in the healthcare or disability services sector preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Professional phone manner and presentation
  • Experience in a B2B sales environment
  • Fluent in English
