Overview

Payroll Administration and Payroll Specialist roles located in Makati, Pasig City, Taguig (Bonifacio Global City), Boni/Mandaluyong City and related areas. Work arrangements: Temporary work from home until further notice. Work hours: typically 9:00am–6:00pm with flexibility to meet business needs. These postings cover various payroll responsibilities across local and global requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Process mid-month and end-month payroll cycle runs (live payroll processing).
  • Payroll validation, reconciliation and accounting tasks including journal entries and accruals.
  • Prepare and provide various payroll reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) and other reportorial requirements (local & global).
  • Siebel administration (employee inquiries).
  • Global Equity Shares (GES) reporting and related contributions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements; monitor performance metrics; provide reporting to management on issues, projects and processing statistics.
  • Ensure compliance with Team Norms, internal controls and company policies.
  • Assist with ad hoc requests, special projects and internal deliverables; perform other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive payroll information; ensure accuracy of data, attendance and deductions; validate time and attendance data; update exemptions and deductions as required.
Required Processes and Qualifications
  • Graduate of any 4-year course; preferably in finance and accounting.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in payroll (local and/or global).
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP and formulas).
  • Ability to handle large teams or payrolls (e.g., 200+ employees) and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and confidentiality skills; ability to communicate clearly and maintain composure in critical situations.
  • Willingness to work in Makati, Pasig, Taguig or Boni/Mandaluyong areas as applicable; a willingness to work on a shifting schedule where required.
  • Legal eligibility and willingness to work under the stated conditions and locations.
