RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions, including salaries, benefits, deductions, and electronic distribution of payslips to employees Address employee inquiries related to payroll and promptly resolve any discrepancies Prepare and process government-mandated contributions such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other statutory requirements Handle final pay computation and prepare Certificates of Employment (COE) with compensation details Assist in year-end activities, including the preparation and submission of BIR Forms 2316 Monitor and manage all employee deductions to ensure compliance and accuracy Upload payroll account applications through online banking platforms Generate payroll-related reports, including PEZA, PSA, and other required documentation Provide support for month-end closing tasks and reporting Actively participate in team initiatives and contribute to the implementation of programs aimed at process improvement Perform other related duties as assigned to support payroll operations and team objectives REQUIREMENTS Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Business Administration, or any related field With at least 2 to 5 years of experience as an Accounting Staff/ Payroll Specialist Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Office 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Forms) Strong understanding of Philippines labor laws and payroll regulations Hands‑on experience with any Payroll software or ERP systems is an advantage Solid grasp of finance, accounting and bookkeeping fundamentals Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Ability to deal with individuals across various levels of the organization Highly analytical and with excellent organizational and multi‑tasking abilities A collaborative team‑player, with a strong commitment to deadlines Willing to learn the Japanese language for better communication with expats/counterparts Must be willing to work on‑site (Ortigas Center, Pasig City) #J-18808-Ljbffr
