About the role As a Project Manager at R-II Builders Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects within the Canlubang Calamba City Laguna area. This contract role is a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. What you'll be doing Developing and managing detailed project plans, budgets and schedules Coordinating and supervising the work of cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors and tradespeople Identifying and mitigating risks to project delivery, and implementing effective solutions Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations and safety standards Providing regular progress updates to key stakeholders, including clients and senior management Continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality What we're looking for Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a track record of successfully delivering projects Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials and equipment Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders Proficiency in project management software and tools A relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field What we offer At R-II Builders Inc., we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
