SinoTech Asia Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Las Pinas Project . As a Project Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task management Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety protocols Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address issues and maintain positive working relationships Identify and resolve any problems or delays that may arise during the construction process Provide regular progress reports to project manager and to the management Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the construction team Contribute to the continuous improvement of our construction processes and procedures Requirements Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Supervisor in the construction industry. Experience under Gen Con is an advantage Proven work experience in Structural/ Civil and Architectural is a must. Certification in project management or construction management is a plus Thorough understanding of construction management principles, including project planning, scheduling, and cost control Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find practical solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety protocols in the Philippines willing to be assign in Las Pinas City Can work immediately is an advantage What we offer At SinoTech Asia Construction Inc., we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
