  • Oversee project execution from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate teams, resources, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing issues as they arise.
  • Manage budgets and timelines effectively.
  • Conduct regular meetings to review project status and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Prepare reports and documentation if any for stakeholders.
  • Educational Qualifications: A formal degree in Education is not required; relevant certifications in project management are a plus.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience as Foreman or supervisory roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and effective communication.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily on-site, travel are required for site inspections.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to changing environments.
  • Location: Office is located in Las Pinas City but Projects are in NCR, Laguna, Batangas, Cavite and Baguio
