Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to oversee the successful delivery of our construction projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualification:

  • Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinating and overseeing the work of subcontractors and tradespeople
  • Monitoring progress and identifying and resolving any issues or delays
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Providing regular progress updates to the project manager and client
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing process efficiencies
  • Mentoring and supporting junior members of the project team

Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Supervisor in the construction industry. Experience in Gen. Con is an advantage
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and the project team
  • Thorough understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
