Service Delivery Manager (Major Incident Management)

Amdocs is seeking a Service Delivery Manager (Major Incident Management) to join our team.

Overview

Responsible and accountable for services to account operations including coordinated management of multiple projects/accounts aimed at achieving strategic business and interpersonal objectives with high quality.

Responsibilities
  • Accountable and responsible for introducing account-centric operations around scope, time, cost, quality, change, communication, risk and crisis management, and integration.
  • Own the overall operations program scope, align with strategic objectives, set program plans, prioritize, optimize, and resolve disagreements to enhance business results.
  • Define projects/programs; assign managers to initiate and lead production operations; supervise multiple related projects.
  • Secure alignment of all projects/programs to standards and program management methodology, including compliance with regulations.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and mentorship to ensure attainment of program objectives.
  • Build credibility and maintain communication with partners at multiple levels, including external stakeholders.
  • Manage budget and timeline; coordinate resource sharing among projects/programs for overall benefit.
  • Lead periodic status and risk discussions with program partners; evaluate results and lessons learned throughout the lifecycle.
  • Lead special projects such as efficiency and cost-improvement programs across multiple business lines.
  • Address partner concerns with respect and focus on customer success.
  • Ensure that SLAs are met and results are delivered on time with high quality and within budget; drive lessons learned.
  • Responsible for organizational change, release management, version management, and deployment management activities.
All you need
  • Bachelor's/B.Sc. degree, or higher with proven track record
  • Preferably 4+ years of experience leading projects in relevant domains within a program context
  • Experience and business knowledge in several key domains relevant to the program
  • Account management and project management experience is an added advantage
  • Experience working in a global, matrix environment
  • Project management certification
