What You’ll be Doing

Do you have a passion for leading, mentoring, and coaching? Looking for an opportunity to learn more about the industry, gain direct management experience, and work closely with an iconic brand? In this role, you’ll support and motivate your team to meet client goals. You’ll answer associate questions, resolve issues, handle customer escalations, and ensure a quality customer experience on every call. You’ll play a key role in creating and maintaining a positive work environment, meeting client requests, and acknowledging excellent performance.

You’ll report to the Senior Manager, Service Delivery. We’re looking for a leader who can encourage and motivate your team to resolve issues, achieve goals, and develop their careers.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

  • Improve key success metrics such as Customer Satisfaction Score, Service Level Goals, and Quality Goals.
  • Coach associates to meet company and client goals, address employee issues, and coordinate training on services, products, or processes.
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently while monitoring team attendance and absence.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Minimum 1 year call center or equivalent work experience.
  • Promote a performance-driven culture and strive for excellence.
  • Support your team with the necessary tools and systems for their tasks.
  • Mentor and inspire others consistently.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to interpret and manipulate data for reporting.
