Your Role Manage daily administrative tasks, including CRM updates and data entry. Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally and efficiently. Provide customer service support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues. Schedule appointments, coordinate with technicians, and ensure timely service delivery. Educate customers about services, policies, and processes. Liaise with technicians and other team members to ensure smooth operations. Assist in process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives. What You Need Non‑negotiables Strong organizational and administrative skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in CRM systems, G‑Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multi‑task and prioritize workload efficiently. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
