Administrative and Customer Support Officer

Work Details:

  • Work Address: Quezon City | Baguio City
  • Work Setup: Full-time | Onsite
  • Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Regular working hours)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls and address concerns promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate product and service information to customers
  • Process orders, determine charges, and oversee billing and payments
  • Handle customer complaints and returns effectively
  • Coordinate with supervisors, managers, and sales staff for escalations
  • Prepare invoices and assist in bidding preparations
  • Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and on time
  • Prepare and submit various reports as needed

Qualifications:

Must Have:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word & Excel)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Willingness to work beyond regular office hours when required

Nice to Have:

  • Background in basic accounting is an advantage
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus
