Overview

Coins is fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and is the first ever crypto-based company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from a central bank.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze performance marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., paid search, social, display, etc.).
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics roadmap aligned with business objectives and marketing goals.
  • Set up and manage tracking systems using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform pixels.
  • Provide regular reporting with actionable insights to optimize ROI and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and media teams to define KPIs, conversion goals, and attribution models.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate campaign performance and trends effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for A/B testing and data-driven optimizations to improve marketing outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate data tracking and reporting through rigorous attention to detail.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, metrics, and attribution.
  • Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics (including GA4), Google Data Studio (Looker Studio), and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Hands-on experience with ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook), LinkedIn Ads, etc., including UTM parameter implementation and analysis.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • High level of attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting campaign strategy and performance optimization preferred.
