Join to apply for the Shift Technician - Taguig City role at CBRE Asia Pacific Job ID: Posted: 07-Nov-2025 About The Role As a CBRE Multi-skilled Technician, you will perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on a mechanical, electrical, and other building system. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. What You’ll Do Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs. Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems. Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Work with available systems to manage and track completion. Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently. Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Report violations to Management.
