This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function, responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. What You’ll Do Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment. Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety. Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine the best course of action for equipment modifications. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
