Overview GrowthAssistant is looking for a Customer Success Data & Operations Associate to drive operational excellence and data integrity across our Customer Success (CS) team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Senior CS Strategy & Operations Manager to execute strategic initiatives, automate processes, and enhance the team’s use of tools and reporting systems. Your mission is to empower the CS organization by removing friction, optimizing workflows, and ensuring data-driven decision-making. Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-home $25 monthly perfect attendance bonus Performance bonus An anniversary bonus (₱5,000 at 1 year; ₱10,000 at 2 years) Paid Time Off: 7 holiday PTO days/year 6 regular PTO days/year What You’ll Do Support CS Operations: Partner with the Senior CS Operations Manager to execute projects, troubleshoot workflow issues, and analyze data to support strategic decisions. GTM Data Requests: Respond to ad-hoc analytics and data ticket requests from CS and GTM teams, delivering accurate insights to inform decisions. Manage CS Tools: Support administration and data accuracy within Gainsight, Salesforce, and other CS systems. Documentation: Create and maintain standard process documentation, workflow guides, and best practices. Real-Time Support: Be available during EST working hours to provide operational support for CS team members across time zones. What We’re Looking For Proficiency in SQL — able to write queries from scratch, adapt existing ones, and aggregate data from Salesforce. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data modeling, analytics). Proficiency with Salesforce CRM (or comparable CRMs). Attention to detail and ability to proactively identify and resolve issues. Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple workstreams . Availability to work EST hours to support regional CS teams. Nice to Have Experience with Gainsight administration or similar CS tools . Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI). Background in Customer Success Operations or GTM analytics . Experience with process automation or workflow optimization.
