As an Employee Relations Specialist, perform a variety of duties to promote employee welfare, such as resolving human relations problems and promoting employee health and well-being.

Some of your main responsibilities will be:

  • Communicate to employees to discuss personnel, human relations, and work-related problems that adversely affect morale, health, and productivity.
  • Evaluate and resolve human relations, labor relations, and work-related problems, and meet with management to determine appropriate action.
  • Explain and provide advice to workers about company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and need for compliance.

Must have:

  • BS Psychology, Human Relations Management, Humanities or related field (graduate).
  • Experience with Employee and Labor Relations for 1–3 years.
  • Willingness to work night shift.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Employee and Labor relations, Employee Engagement.
  • Experience in BPO/Call Center environment with not less than 300 FTEs.
  • Experience in focus group discussions, attrition analysis, performance management and recommendations.
  • Experience in initiating and handling employee engagement activities.
  • Excellent verbal and written English; good problem solving and decision-making skills.

Qualifications:

Job Summary: We are looking for a field-based Community and Government Relations Officer who will serve as a key liaison between the company, local government units (LGUs), landowners, and other stakeholders in support of our projects. The ideal candidate should possess a pleasing personality, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of land acquisition processes and local governance procedures. The role will involve frequent travel and coordination with communities and LGUs across designated provincial areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with LGU officials, barangay leaders, land/property owners, and community stakeholders.
  • Facilitate and support negotiations for land acquisition, including site visits, document verification, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Conduct field validations, landowner profiling, and assist in securing right-of-way agreements and other legal/technical documents.
  • Represent the company in public consultations, barangay assemblies, and coordination meetings with government and community groups.
  • Assist in securing permits, endorsements, and clearances from local government agencies and offices.

  • Strong knowledge of local government structures, barangay-level operations, and land titling/acquisition processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must have a pleasing and approachable personality.
  • Able to build rapport and trust with stakeholders across different socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • Flexible and willing to be assigned in provincial locations for extended periods.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in the field.
  • Proficient in report writing and basic MS Office applications.
  • With valid driver’s license is a plus.
