  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors; communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders; participate in process improvements and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications (Representative)
  • 2+ years of experience in service desk/help desk support (global/international clients preferred).
  • Proficient with Active Directory, Windows, Office 365, VPN, firewalls, and end-user management; strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work night shifts, onsite or remote as specified by posting; 100% onsite requirement noted in some postings.
  • Educational background typically includes a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
