REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
- Mandarin Commercial Strategy Specialist will serve as a strategic partner to regional teams by supporting the execution of commercial initiatives and ensuring alignment and flawless implementation across key markets, including China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
- Oversee the rollout of key initiatives, including retailer infrastructure, portfolio expansion, digital campaigns, and in-store merchandising.
- Manage both online and offline content to maintain brand consistency and ensure local market relevance.
- Serve as a liaison between market teams and shared service functions, effectively communicating the benefits and value of centralized support.
- Lead change initiatives and facilitate the successful implementation of shared service models across various markets.
