About the role PTC Commercial Corporation is seeking a talented Credit & Collection Specialist to join our dynamic team in our Tondo, Manila City office. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in managing the credit and collection processes for our diverse client base, ensuring the financial health and stability of the organisation. What you’ll be doing Evaluate credit applications and determine appropriate credit limits and terms for customers Monitor and analyse customer payment histories to identify potential credit risks Proactively communicate with customers to collect outstanding payments and resolve delinquent accounts Collaborate with sales and finance teams to develop and implement effective credit and collection strategies Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all credit and collection activities Prepare detailed reports and presentations on the credit and collection performance Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new credit management initiatives What we’re looking for Minimum of 3 years of experience in a credit and collections role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry Strong understanding of credit management principles, financial analysis, and collections best practices Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders Proficient in using credit management software and data analysis tools Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred About us PTC Commercial Corporation is a leading provider of commercial and consumer financing solutions in the Philippines.
